Q : Are guests allowed to invite additional people to their rooms?
A : Yes.
Q : Can I leave my children alone in the room?
A : No.  Children under 18 years must be under the care of an adult.
Q : Can I smoke in the room?
A : Lee’s Mark provides non-smoking rooms only.  Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in areas clearly marked for this purpose e.g.  Deluxe room with balcony.
Q : Do you have a wardrobe in the room?  How can I hang my clothes?
A : Though there is no wardrobe in the room, a rail for hanging your clothes is provided.
Q : Can I cancel room cleaning service?
A : Yes, you can.  Please inform our lobby by dialing “0” from the telephone in your room.
Q : Can I change the room type when I check-in?
A : Yes, This is subject to availability of the room of your choice. Additional charges may apply. Please check with the receptionist. Cancellation of your booking on the day of your proposed stay will not be permissible and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Q : What is the deposit of BHT 500 for?
A : This deposit is required upon check-in.  It is fully refundable upon check-out and may be subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.  Any items consumed from the mini-bar and/or the loss of items, including the room key, will be charged at cost and deducted from this deposit.  Please retain the receipt for your deposit and present it to our receptionist upon check-out.
Q : What do I need to present when I check-in?
A : Please present your passport (ID card for Thai nationals will suffice). The room rate for your night stay is payable upon check-in, together with a THB 500 deposit.
Q : How often is your room cleaning service?
A : Daily.
